ABOUT ME


Jacynte Leger is a yoga teacher and wellness advocate who has been guiding others in their practice since 2009. Her interest in yoga began with a deep desire to find balance—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—and it quickly became the foundation of her personal and professional life.

After completing her first yoga teacher certification in 2008, she continued to expand her training in styles such as Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Therapy, as well as in complementary practices like Thai Yoga Massage, ecstatic dance, and mindset work.

She is passionate about supporting others on their path to greater well-being and invites you to explore yoga and wellness practices that nurture the whole self.
