Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness—a powerful practice designed to awaken the dormant potential within us, often referred to as Kundalini energy. This 2-hour pop-up class offers an extended, immersive experience to explore this practice more deeply.
The class is guided through kriya, specific sets of actions created to produce a particular outcome. These kriyas weave together pranayama (breathwork), yoga postures, mudras (hand positions that direct the flow of energy), and mantra (the repetition of sacred sounds). Some sequences are vigorous and energizing, while others are slow, meditative, and deeply grounding.
A traditional Kundalini class includes a complete arc of practice: a kriya or yoga set, deep relaxation to the sounds of the gong, meditation, and chanting. With extra time to settle in, this extended session allows more space for integration.
